I love to teach children. I am an elementary school teacher by profession, having spent 12 years in the public school system, teaching both full time and part time. I then homeschooled my 3 children, who are now college graduates. I currently love teaching online - and reaching students from all parts of the country! I am an active member of my church, teaching ladies Bible classes as well as children's classes. I love to spend time with my family, read, and go on walks. I graduated from college with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and have taught 1st, 2nd and 4th grades in the public school system. As I homeschooled my children I taught writing classes in our homeschool co-op. My 3 children are all now college graduates themselves. My specialities are elementary age creative writing and working with struggling writers of all ages who are learning to develop good structural sentences. I approach writers with a gentle approach, gradually showing them that they can love to learn to write.
